Everyday number 10. Fate.

I think I’m still obsessed with maps, place, fate, what my 8 year-old would have made of the fact that he’d end up living somewhere completely different… This is an un-self-portrait – no real likeness, but perhaps he looks like some part of me I guess. I’ve heard it said that all art is a form of self-portrait. I like that idea.

Grayson Perry got me thinking about making art with maps. He’s great. His “Grayson’s Art Club” on the UK’s Channel 4 is the bee’s knees.
